Project Support Administrator - HPC Plant Configuration
Location: Aztec West, Bristol BS32
Contract Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 37 Hours (Hybrid working 3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: £135 Per day
Overview:
We're looking for a highly organised Project Support Administrator to join the Project Support Cell within the Plant Configuration team on the Hinkley Point C (HPC) project. This role is crucial in supporting the Configuration Engineers and Managers with a range of administrative and clerical tasks that help ensure effective configuration control across the HPC design and delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organise and support Configuration Control Board meetings (agendas, minutes, document filing)
2. Manage shared inboxes and stakeholder communications
3. Maintain trackers, reports, metrics, and dashboards
4. Upload and extract data from HPC tools and systems
5. Provide day-to-day admin support to Configuration Managers
6. Coordinate with stakeholders across internal and external teams
What We're Looking For:
7. Strong organisation and communication skills
8. Experience with MS Office and collaborative tools
9. Confidence managing meetings and documentation workflows
10. Ability to build positive relationships and work independently
11. Experience in admin or project support roles (nuclear experience not required)
