My very busy well-established clients are looking for an experienced Part Time Order Processor/Administrator to start ASAP.
Monday-Friday part time 25 hours per week
Salary £24k-£25k pro rata
Order Processor/Administrator Duties and tasks:
* Answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages.
* Inputting orders onto the computer
* Some warm sales upselling when taking orders to increase order value.
* Buying in multiple currencies and then converting it to pounds and putting the mark up on.
* Meeting and greeting customers/guests
* Sorting and distributing post
* General administration as required
Must be computer literate using Microsoft word and excel, ideally have some sage experience.
