Maintain documentation, logs, templates, filing structures, and support day‑to‑day PMO processes.
* Meeting coordination
* Organise project meetings and governance forums, preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking action updates.
* Collect project status updates, produce weekly/monthly PMO reports, and keep dashboards accurate and on schedule.
* Maintain risk/issue/change logs, uphold PMO standards, and support audits and quality checks.
* Assist with budgets, invoices, resource planning, onboarding, presentations, and general PMO communications.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in a project or PMO environment, ideally within large programmes, with familiarity with methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
* Proficient in MS Office and project management tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint or Jira.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
* Proactive, collaborative, and calm under pressure, taking ownership of tasks and working confidently to deadlines.
