What you’ll be doing
* Answering and managing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clients receive an excellent first impression
* Handling emails efficiently and politely, supporting clear communication with clients and colleagues
* Organising and maintaining files and records, including confidential legal documents, in line with office procedures
* Photocopying and scanning important paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
* Inputting data into case management systems to support solicitors and office operations
* Assisting with general administration tasks and taking on ad-hoc duties as required by management

* A positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills
* Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, and databases)
