The role:
To work alongside colleagues in the delivery of capable, competent, and highly productive new Partners to the Partnership, in line with agreed Corporate objectives. Be a key point of contact for new Partners joining SJP. This relationship is a key contributor to the New Joiner experience, specifically to provide support and training on SJP processes and systems, encompassing all Partner Lanes on the Route to Partnership.
What you'll be doing:
1. To deliver new Partners into the Partnership that provide our clients with what they need when it matters most & invest in long term relationships.
2. To embed processes across all Academy Partner Lanes that we will continuously review and monitor across all aspects of Consumer Duty to ensure good client outcomes.
3. Support Partnership pre-appointment for new Partners and their advisers and/or Partner Support Staff (PSS).
4. Liaise and collaborate with the Academy Development Managers in delivering New Joiner objectives.
5. Provide appropriate remote support to New Partner Joiners, on our systems and business processing.
6. Provide additional appropriate in-person support for Lane A Partners or Complex New Entrance Practices.
7. Deliver learning content for key systems via a variety of methods such as workshops, webinars and tutorials.
8. Promote and support New Joiner understanding of, and engagement with, software applications and databases such Salesforce.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual with a good understanding of the SJP business model and the Academy environment. The ideal candidate will be confident working with new Partners, able to build rapport quickly, to enable you to confidently deliver training and guidance across systems, processes and client journeys. You will bring strong organisational skills and a commitment to high standards, consumer outcomes and continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria
9. Knowledge of the Financial Services sector and the SJP business model.
10. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
11. Strong organisation, diary management and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Desirable Criteria
12. Experience supporting new joiners, onboarding or Academy Partner Lanes.
13. Experience working across internal SJP systems, processes or product areas.
14. Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using a range of business tools.
15. Experience working closely with Head Office teams, Admin Centres or Technical SMEs.
16. Experience of delivering training sessions, learning content or workshops to SJP colleagues or Partners.
Special Requirements:
17. The role will involve travel and may also involve out-of-hours work.
18. Operate within budgetary confines and requirements, as set out by Executive Manager Academy Support.
