Position Available: Supply Chain Co-ordinator
Salary: Between £24,843.00 to £26,500.00 per annum depending on experience.
Hours: Ideally a Full-time role (39-Hours), but flexibility on hours will be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
* Assist in the management of the marine equipment sales business.
* Monitor stock levels and targets in line with projected sales levels for designated product categories.
* Regularly review designated key supplier accounts, ensuring we are receiving the efficient service we require to meet our quality standards.
* Build good relations with customers and provide an efficient smooth service and supply to the marine industry.
* Assist the wider supply chain team with general sales and customer enquiries.
* Consistently check reports on the order system and update as required, contacting customers when required and informing them of any delays.
* Process orders over the telephone and email. Assisting customers with enquiries, following up on quotes in a timely manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* An excellent organiser with time management skills.
* Good level of numeracy
