HMP Fosse Way opened in May 2023. Its state of the art design and facilities offer a secure environment to provide skills and qualifications to the men, enabling them to secure meaningful employment on release with the aim of reducing reoffending rates. Hours: Monday - Sunday service Day shifts - 07:00-20:00 Night shifts - 19:30-07:30 (from December onwards) Including weekend work 8 week rolling rota Salary: This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary between £43,609 - £49,175 per annum - depending on experience.
