Overview
CNC Setter Operator - 2 Shift Rotation, shifts are 06:00-14:00 AM / 14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, the CNC Setter Operator will be responsible for setting and operation of CNC and other manufacturing machines, producing components to drawing tolerance and specifications.
* Understand company objectives and strive to meet or exceed the KPIs and metrics.
* Produce accurate, high-quality components.
* Competently set and operate CNC Milling, Turning or other production machines using various operating systems.
* Plan & specify tooling requirements, including jigs and fixtures, tool changes and amendments including offset adjustments and minor program changes to produce components within drawing tolerances/limits.
Compensation
* Pay Rates for Machine Operators :
* Monday to Friday £15.38 per hour
* After 38 Hours worked Overtime paid Monday - Saturday over 38 hours £23.07
* Sundays £30.76 per hour
