Overview
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Community Administration service. This post will work within a locality providing full clerical support to Health Care Professional teams that are based within Ashton Primary Care Centre. As part of the Clinic Administrator role, you will be required to directly line manage a team of Clerical Officers at Ashton Primary Care Centre. The designated person is responsible for Clerical Staff Management and development. The service operates between the hours of 8am to 8pm using a rota system.
Responsibilities
* Direct line management of a team of Clerical Officers at Ashton Primary Care Centre
* Provide a full range of secretarial/clerical support to Health Professionals and Allied Health Professionals
* Undertake duties delegated by management, using own initiative and working without supervision, including financial management
* Perform a full range of clerical/secretarial tasks and undertake specific duties with confidentiality
* Be flexible to work from any Community Healthcare base according to service needs
Hours and Location
The service operates between the hours of 8am to 8pm using a rota system. The Administration service is contracted to work between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
