* Software Developer - .NET / C#
* Leicestershire (2 Days On-Site) | ?? £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits | ?? Full-Time, Permanent
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation in Leicestershire, looking for a skilled Software Developer to join their internal team. You'll report to the Head of Development and play a hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining both internal and client-facing systems.
* Tech Stack:
* Essential: C#, .Net, SQL, Web Technologies
* Desirable: SSRS, Power BI, React, Tailwind, Next.js
* What You'll Do:
* Work across the full SDLC in an Agile environment
* Contribute to system architecture and requirements planning
* Build and maintain web, desktop, and database applications
* Support junior developers and liaise with key stakeholders
* Ensure testing, documentation, and best practices are followed
* Requirements:
* 2+ years in a similar role
* Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office
