ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the W Lounge Manager for W Edinburgh, the W Lounge Supervisor will have overall responsibility for directing the daily operation of the floor, ensuring the floor team works together to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel and beyond. We are looking for someone who is motivated, a people-person and passionate about what they do!
As W Lounge Supervisor, key aspects of your role will include:
Help to recruit and retain the best talent on the market
Develop teamwork throughout your team as it grows
Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
Lead by example, displaying the highest standards of hospitality to guests and talent
Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and licensing
Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
Work in collaboration with the wider Beverage and Food team
Our ideal W Lounge Supervisor is someone who has:
Previous experience working in high-end, high-volume restaurants and/or hotels
Excellent communication skills
The ability to create memorable experiences for guests
The ability to lead, mentor and motivate others
A positive mindset
A genuine passion for working in hospitality
