Schedule and conduct Food Safety, HACCP Meetings
Overall responsibility for all tasks on BRC standards, Food Safety and third party accreditation
Manage pre-requisites for third party audits including facilities, staff training and compliance
Key contact for customer and suppliers for quality issues
Leader of the HACCP and Food Defence Team and maintain awareness of legislation with regards to the produces
