While the significant part of the role can and will be carried out remotely, candidates should be able to travel to and attend office locations in Fife as required.' As a Lead Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot tools. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. The Power Platform is split into two workstreams - Centre of Excellence (CoE) - overseeing the Governance, Administration, Management and Empowerment of the Power Platform and Copilot Customer Engagement - working with internal BTS staff and others acrossFife Council to implement Power Platform and Copilot solutions. Key Responsibilities will include: Oversee the CoE and Customer Engagement workstreams Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Power Platform and Copilot within Fife Council Ensure alignment of Power Platform initiatives with organisational goals, service change plans and programmes (e.g. Digital Portfolio and No Wrong Door) Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders Act as an escalation point for any support issues or major incidents Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical team members You will be expected to: Provide leadership and direction to the team Create a culture of constant learning and creativity Ensure adherence to governance policies and compliance requirements Promote the benefits of Power Platform and Copilot to Directorate and Council Leadership.
