Responsibilities:
* Lead the conversion rate and market modelling function, these are the two most important models,
* Understand and analyse price elasticity and competitiveness in the market
* Develop and productionise models - will have support from the team on this (Doesn't need to be end to end but ideal has some production experience)
* Model market premiums for price comparison websites.
* Made some good advancements in the space, right now a good time to invest and grow even further
* Working heavily with price comparison websites and making sure they are the most competitive on the market right now
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
* Proficient in Python (core skill), with strong experience in SQL
* Strong technical expertise in AI/ML and advanced analytics.
* Ideally industry experience within Insurance
