Responsibilities
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate metal components accurately.
* Cut, shape, assemble, and weld metal parts using various fabrication tools and machinery.
* Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and project requirements.
* Perform measurements and inspections to maintain adherence to tolerances and specifications.
* Maintain and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects within deadlines.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a fabricator or in a related metalworking role.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
* Experience with various fabrication techniques including cutting, welding, and assembling metal components.
* Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
* Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Relevant certifications or training in metal fabrication is an advantage.
* Willingness to work on-site and in diverse environments.
