What is the opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our London team as a Process Analyst. You will be responsible for documenting, evaluating and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work across the Business, Change Management, Data Governance and Operational Risk areas to define a standard and implement process standards and improvement solutions.

What will you do?

Document and analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Develop new processes or modifying existing ones to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. Ensure alignment to data governance.

Create detailed documentation of processes, including steps, systems, and responsible roles.

Test and validate new processes before implementation and monitoring their effectiveness post-implementation.

Train staff on new processes and procedures to ensure smooth adoption.

Work closely with management and other departments to understand their needs and develop process strategies.

Create process inventories, diagrams and flowcharts to visualise complex procedures and workflows.

Strong ability to analyse and interpret data to identify trends and inefficiencies.

Proficient in process modelling tools and software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative problem-solving skills.

High level of accuracy in documenting and implementing processes.
