Job purpose
* You will be responsible for the delivery of programmes of work based around the improvement of our homes and communities. Ensuring excellent customer service and communication
* You will lead a team of professionals, working on a diverse range of projects that focus on investment in our assets.
* You will be a senior member of the Assets and Investment Team, supporting the Head of Service to provide assurance that the wider team objectives are being met, with a clear focus on our customers and the communities in which they live.
