Using your strong influencing skills, you’ll translate business needs into solutions that strengthen performance, enable change and support delivery of our strategic plan.You’ll bring experience as a People HR Business Partner, with strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with employee relations matters. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience would be helpful although it’s more important that you are able to listen, guide, coach and partner with stakeholders.You’ll join a People & OD team that covers recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, EDI, engagement, and offboarding. If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you About The RoleYou’ll partner with Heads of Department to understand and identify any emerging issues, and provide proactive, evidence based advice – looking at how we can help deliver improved organisational effectiveness and the colleague experience.This is a true generalist role. Working with specific departments, you'll develop insight into their team and departmental needs, shaping people plans that support high performance. Your work will involve:Supporting employee relations cases in a fair, consistent and solutionsfocused wayCoaching managers through performance, capability, and attendance conversationsAdvising on recruitment, retention, onboarding and workforce planningContributing to policy updates, people processes, and cyclical activities such as pay and performanceCoaching managers in navigating organisational change and understanding the impact on their teamsPromoting good people practice and reinforcing our values through daytoday partneringNo two days are the same, and you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload, draw on your colleagues when needed, and use your professional judgement to guide stakeholders to the right outcomes.To find out more about the role, take a look at the job description.
