Key Responsibilities:
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation:
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen
* Manage one of the four kitchen sections confidently
* Contribute creative ideas towards menu development
* Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
* Oversee health & safety, ordering and rota management
What we're looking for:
To succeed as Junior Sous Chef, you'll bring:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
* Strong knowledge across all kitchen sections
* Confidence leading and supporting a team
* A passion for modern British cuisine and sustainability
* A proactive attitude and willingness to develop further
