Marketing Manager (B2C) - Leading Global Retail / Multisite Business - Hybrid Working (2-3 days per week) - up to £50,000 + package per annum
You will support the Director of Marketing in ensuring the effective management and delivery of brand, customer loyalty and retention, and POS marketing strategies and initiatives for various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing from start to finish all tactical, seasonal and adhoc offline and email marketing campaigns, ensuring the seamless execution of all communications and projects
• Overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Delivering brand awareness across traditional/offline and digital channels
• Ensuring the management and delivery of the CRM programme
• Managing the subscription programme
• Assisting with the roll-out and implementation of all brand assets
• Ownership of the blog for the designated region, ensuring consistent, regular and timely updates
• Updating price changes across all digital platforms for the designated region
• Lead generation and marketing efforts working collaboratively with the wider marketing team
Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar brand management and marketing role with knowledge of the full marketing mix - B2C essential
• Experience either in-house or agency
• A proven track record of planning and delivering impactful marketing campaigns
• Experience managing creative and marketing agencies
