Package
From £13.68 per hour, depending on experience
What’s involved?
5. Checking guests in and out
6. Taking reservations for room bookings
7. Assign rooms (Walk-ins)
8. Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving any customer complaints
9. Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
10. Liaising with all departments on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
11. Minimum of 12 months hotel front office experience
12. Flexibility to work on weekends if required.
13. Have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
14. Ability to work in the UK. – No sponsorship’s provided
15. Available immediately with no prior commitments, including holidays and able to commit for a min. of 2 weeks
16. Opera Cloud advantageous or similar Cloud-based system experience essential
