Telesales Executive Needed in Manchester
1. Location: Manchester
2. Working Hours: 5-day week (Saturday rota)
3. Salary: £25,000 basic + £40,000–£60,000 OTE
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, family-run car finance broker offering a supportive environment, strong earning potential, and clear career progression. Automotive or car finance experience is strongly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Executive:
4. Handling inbound and outbound sales calls for car finance customers
5. Managing customer applications from initial enquiry through to completion
6. Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
7. Working to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
8. Maintaining accurate notes and progressing customers through internal systems
What We’re Looking For in a Telesales Executive:
9. Previous sales experience within the motor trade or car finance
10. Strong communication skills and confidence over the phone
11. A proactive and target-driven approach
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Full UK driving licence
