We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients busy office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, along with a solid background in administrative functions. Position requires an immediate start, will be on an ongoing contract basis in first instance while new long term / permanent role is being determined. Duties Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies Support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere Handle human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Maintain Reports and records for monthly filing Oversee clerical duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence management Implement office procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders Maintain an organised office environment that promotes professionalism and efficiency Experience Previous experience in an office management role is essential Demonstrated experience in human resources, clerical, and administrative functions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
