Payroll | Full-time | Leicester
We are looking for a Payroll Adviser to join our team at our Leicester location.
What does this role involve?
As part of the payroll team, you will provide a quality payroll service to clients, supporting the service line to achieve targets and ensuring operational objectives are met.
You will develop the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training.
Teamwork
You will actively support and assist the assistant payroll manager to develop team members, including regularly reviewing their work to ensure that client requirements are actioned.
You will ensure payroll managers are kept informed of any and all significant client issues, including complaints and opportunities as they arise.
You will actively supervise the work of the team, coaching and assisting where required to develop the team's skills and understanding.
Client experience
You will support the provision of a quality payroll service, building a working relationship with clients, and identifying opportunities for more complex consideration. You will manage your assigned clients, delivering payrolls as required.
You will act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients for the efficient delivery of your portfolio of payrolls, maintaining a high standard of client service and compliance within all relevant payroll legislation.
You will deal with all client queries, proactively fulfilling client requirements and expectations, ensuring that relevant queries are escalated and action is taken to resolve them in a timely manner.
