Job Title: Workday Implementation & Delivery Manager

Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Contract: 12-24 months
We’re looking for an experienced Workday Implementation & Delivery Manager to lead a multi-vendor Workday implementation within a complex enterprise environment. You’ll act as the central point of control across Workday configuration and third‑party integrations, ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements, governance standards, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven delivery experience on Workday implementations
* Strong background managing multi‑vendor / partner‑led programmes
* Knowledge of Workday configuration and integration principles
* Experience with formal delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
* Leadership & Coordination: Ability to align multiple vendors and teams to shared outcomes
* Communication Excellence: Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
* Critical Thinking & Risk Management: Proactive identification and resolution of delivery risks
* Governance Discipline: Strong planning, documentation, and control practices
* Adaptability & Resilience: Effective delivery in complex, changing environments
* Business & User Focus: Commitment to delivering value and improving the end‑user experience
