We are looking to recruit an experienced forward-thinking pharmacist to join us as a partner in our Morrill Street, Hull, Pharmacy. Patient service and care is our top priority and we need the very best pharmacists to help us achieve our goals. You could join as a partner buying into the business and becoming a co-owner whilst running the pharmacy and being part of its success. You would benefit from sharing profits and equity growth by expanding the services we offer and increasing our presence in the area, Alternatively there is also the opportunity to become the pharmacist manager instead.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Oversee patient care services, ensuring that all staff provide compassionate and effective care to patients.
* Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement services that enhance patient outcomes.
* Monitor and evaluate staff performance, mentoring and providing guidance and support to promote professional development.
* Manage medication administration protocols, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and best practices.
* deliver a range of NHS and other services to drive business growth
* build strong relationships with patients, GP practices, care homes and other healthcare professionals
Skills
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and effective communication.
* oversee and supervise dispensing, checking and service delivery
* Proficient in medication administration, with a thorough understanding of pharmacology principles.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare management and dedicated to improving patient care outcomes within a supportive team environment.
