Employer Account Manager - Skills, Training & EmploymentA role that makes real impact!Every week, thousands of people walk into Jobcentre Plus wondering how they’ll get back into work. Employers are hiring, but don’t always know how to reach the right people. Training exists, but often doesn’t connect to real job outcomes.As an Employer Account Manager at Get Set UK, you’re the bridge.You’ll bring employers, training, and people together – and you’ll see the results of your work in real job starts, changed lives, and successful employer partnerships.This is a fast-paced, people-facing, outcome-driven role where your energy and presence matter.You will be responsible for overseeing the Sussex and Hampshire region.What you’ll be doingThis role brings together four exciting strands of work:Engage and motivate large groupsDeliver employer-led sessions inside Jobcentre Plus to 20–60 people at a timePresent sector insights, live vacancies, training routes and job opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with Work Coaches and JCP leadersBuild employer partnershipsWin and grow employer relationships across key sectorsGenerate a steady pipeline of vacancies, interviews and job startsPromote training routes that lead directly into workRepresent Get Set with employers, partners and at eventsDrive performance and resultsHit monthly KPIs across vacancies, interviews, job starts and sustained outcomesManage a structured, accurate pipelineForecast and plan ahead to keep performance strongMove fast, solve problems, keep momentumSupport people into sustainable employmentProvide pre-interview and post-offer supportPrepare people for sector expectations, interviews and early employmentWork with tutors and internal teams to ensure readinessStay invested in the participant’s journey end-to-endWhy this role suits the right personThis is a high-impact, high-visibility role .You’ll thrive if you enjoy presenting, influencing, building relationships and driving outcomes.
