Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, high-energy associate with a selling mindset — someone who’s excited by the opportunity to both support and grow client relationships. This is a hybrid role blending account coordination with business development.
You’ll work closely with the UK/EMEA team to support key accounts and uncover opportunities to grow within them. From prepping for high-stakes meetings to joining client entertainment to helping us sell into new teams, this role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a sales or strategy role over time.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a key client contact for UK/European accounts, helping prep decks, pull performance data, and organize meetings
* Learn to confidently present the GlassView value proposition to agencies and brand partners
* Help us uncover opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, new team intros)
* Join in-person client sessions, agency “days in the life,” or entertainment outings to deepen relationships
* Coordinate cross-regionally with Singapore and US teams
* Track outreach, meetings, and status in Salesforce and support revenue workflows
* Identify and reach out to prospective agency and brand clients across the UK and Europe
* Book qualified introductory meetings and maintain a steady pipeline of new opportunities
* Maintain ongoing communication with agency partners and serve as a key point of contact for active campaigns
Requirements & Skills:
* 1–3 years experience in adtech sales, media, client services, or sales support
* Polished communicator, eager to be client-facing and grow in sales
* Willingness to learn the intricacies involved in enterprise sales cycles and the outreach process
* Comfortable with autonomy but also a collaborative team player
* Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
* Bonus: CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft), Google Suite, comfort with decks
* Bachelor's degree (in marketing, business, or communications is a plus)
