Job Description
* End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.
* Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
* Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
* Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients.
* Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release.
Qualifications
Must have
* An experienced practitioner with at least 3 years experience in consulting/analysis/policymaking.
* Experience working in/with government.
* Experience working with user centred design and agile.
* An individual with strong interpersonal skills who is experienced in managing and working with senior stakeholders.
* A confident, self-starter who is experienced setting the direction of work and leading others.
* Experience in strategic thinking, influencing and decision making.
* Strong analysis experience e.g. options analysis, feasibility analysis.
Desirable
* Experience working in policymaking.
* Experience in user-centred policy design is highly desirable.
* Experience on Discovery's.
* Experience in business development - generating new work and/or building new service offerings.
* Russell group university.
