Salesforce Release Manager/ Release Manager
* Release Manager – Brands Rollout is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases across multiple brands operating on a shared Salesforce platform.
* The role ensures predictable, high-quality releases, effective brand onboarding, and alignment with business priorities while maintaining platform stability and governance.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* 6–10+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, release management, or platform operations
* Proven experience managing multi‑brand or multi‑org Salesforce deployments
* Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata, and deployment processes
* Experience with Agile / SAFe / enterprise delivery models
* Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred)
* Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps tooling expertise
* Release management, change management, and risk management
* Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow (or equivalent)
Your responsibilities:
* Define and manage Salesforce release strategy (pilot, phased, wave based, or big bang)
* Own the enterprise release calendar aligned with business milestones and Salesforce seasonal releases
* Establish and enforce release governance, standards, and approval processes
* Conduct release risk assessments and mitigation planning per brand
* Ensure smooth transition from rollout to steady state operations
* Oversee Salesforce environments: Dev, QA/SIT, UAT, Pre Prod, Production
* Coordinate deployments, hotfixes, and rollbacks across brands
* Maintain deployment runbooks and release documentation
* Act as the primary point of contact for release status and escalations
* Facilitate release readiness reviews and go live calls
