Service Advisor Required! – OTE £30K- £35K
Our client is a Main Dealership, looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team based in St Albans!
Working as part of team the Service team, you will be focused on delivering a very high level of brand experience to your customers, committed to making a difference and wanting to join a company who can offer long-term career progression.
Service Advisor Role:
1. To Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquires
2. To meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off
3. To progress and update the customer throughout the day
4. To discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer.
5. Advise, and forward diarised unsold work
6. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer
7. To ensure you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Service Advisor requirements:
8. Ideally have good customer adviser experience, motor trade experience not essential
9. A good technical knowledge of vehicles will help
10. To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
11. To have a valid driving licencePackage: £30,000 to £35,000 OTE
Hours –
Monday to Friday 8.00am till 6.00pm and alternate Saturdays from 8.00am till 12.30pm
