Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Volvo division working at our Contact Centre based in our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
Basic salary with a bonus OTE of £30,000 plus benefits.
The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to increase customer retention as well as to improve and drive conversions. In recognition of this we offer a competitive package that will reward performance.
Role and Responsibilities
* To communicate with our customer base (there is no cold-calling) the features and value of the fantastic offers that our brand and Listers marketing teams generate.
* To encourage the appointment opportunity for the customer to experience the car they will consider and to clarify the options available for their consideration
* To always agree a next contact point, where the appointment is not confirmed
* Liaise with the Volvo Centres to ensure the customer is expected and will receive a VIP welcome.
* Ensure a Centre communication is also sent to the customer confirming the name of the individual who will look after them
