About the Role
The Administration/Accreditation Coordinator and Personal Assistant is responsible for providing high level coordination and administrative support to the Director of the Postgraduate Medical Education Unit and Postgraduate Medical Education Unit (PMEU).
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
* Proactive and independent problem-solving approach
* Able to collate, interpret and present accurate data
* Demonstrated ability in the timely production of high-quality formal written reports
* Track record of coordination, organisational, time management and leadership skills, with advanced planning, demonstrating ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities concurrently, whilst meeting strict deadlines
* Track record of quality improvement to establish and/or improve systems/processes/procedures and programs
* Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Programs (including Excel), Outlook
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* High level of customer service and professionalism
* Flexibility to work across Eastern Health sites
* Previous work experience in program/project management, coordination position or senior administrative/secretarial role is preferred
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
