* Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician
* Location: Selby
* Contract: Full Time 42.5 hours per week, Permanent
* Salary: Basic salary £27,340k per annum (40hr Week)
* Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role
Working as an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base. This opportunity is for someone looking to join a busy, fast paced business where you will be working with a friendly and welcoming team. Your main duties
* Grass cutting and strimming
* Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting
* Weed maintenance
* Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment
* Complete all digital records required through smart phone application
* Liaising with customers
* Autumn clearing
* Spring preparation
* Mowing
* Heavy lifting will be required
Qualifications & Experience
* Full UK drivers licence
* Garden maintenance experience is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work as part of a team
* Plant knowledge would be advantageous
* Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
As part of your role, you will be required to
* Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation
* Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
* Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
* Initiate suggestions to improve the organisation's performance
* Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
