We are looking to recruit 4 Trainee Improvement Fellows who reside in the Thames Valley trusts. These posts are for 1 year fixed term and are for ST3 and above trainees.

The Trainee Improvement Fellowship is an innovative position for trainees interested in educational delivery, quality improvement, and NHS leadership.
The fellowship will focus on projects aimed at improving the conditions of medical training.
Fellows will work with the Senior Leadership team within NHS England Thames Valley to identify and lead Quality Improvement projects related to training recovery within the region. They will play a key role in strengthening links and engagement between trainees and senior clinical leaders within NHS England (TV).
