Are you a data expert ready to champion the strategic use of Management Information Systems (MIS) across our dynamic Multi-Academy Trust?
We are looking for an exceptional Trust MIS Coordinator to be the technical brain that drives data accuracy, strategic reporting, and educational excellence across our academies.
Key Responsibilities
* Bromcom Expertise: Acting as the internal expert and Bromcom Champion, providing advanced technical support and training to staff across all academies.
* Statutory Compliance: supporting the data team on the accurate and timely submission of all DfE Census returns and supporting the Tables Checking Exercise.
* Data Reporting: Leading the completion of data for the Academic Standards Review (ASR) and assisting with ad hoc data requests from Trust leadership.
* Systems Support: Providing essential support for the Trust's central data analytics system and other educational platforms (e.g., SAM Learning, Filer).
* Data Analysis: Assisting with the import, verification, and analysis of external examination results (KS4/KS5) for performance reporting.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in the administration, management, and strategic development of Bromcom MIS within an educational setting (school or MAT).
* Demonstrable experience assisting with the coordination and submission of statutory data returns (Census, Tables Checking).
* Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and quality assurance using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-specialist users.
* Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage strict deadlines.
