A mainstream secondary girls’ school in Whitechapel is seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join their team for the summer term.
This is a 4-day-per-week role (Tuesday to Friday) starting 14th April and running until 17th July, where you will be responsible for delivering lessons to a GCSE Year 11 class.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Food Technology or Hospitality & Catering teacher who is confident teaching exam groups and looking for a part-time teaching role for the summer term.
The Role

Teaching Food Technology to GCSE Year 11 students
*
Delivering Hospitality and Catering curriculum
*
Marking students’ work and supporting exam preparation
*
Maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
*
Supporting students to achieve their best outcomes
Planning is not required, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student progress.
The Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
*
Experience teaching Food Technology or Hospitality & Catering at KS4
*
Confident teaching GCSE exam classes
*
Strong classroom management skills
*
Passionate about delivering engaging and practical lessons
