Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
Location: Tunbridge Wells & Cranbrook
Contract: Full-time (part-time considered)
Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 FTE (pro-rata for part-time)
A well-regarded regional firm is seeking a motivated Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its Residential Property team across its Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook offices.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
* Land transactions
You will:
* Liaise with estate agents and financial advisers to ensure smooth transactions
* Deliver clear, practical advice to clients
* Manage financial aspects of files, including quotations, billing and cashflow
* Build long-term client relationships
* Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
About You
* 2-8 years' PQE in residential property (or equivalent experience)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, collaborative team player
* Client-focused with high professional standards
* Comfortable with case management systems and legal tech
* Commercial property experience advantageous but not essential
