* Reelstand Control Panel Adjustments.
* Understanding Impositions.
* Plating and De-plating Press.
* Press set up and presets.
* Folder settings and adjustments.
* Start press and achieve good copy from cold.
* Set and maintain web tensions.
* Maintain ink / water balance.
* Monitor quality and adjust register controls.
* Carry out all aspects of R&C.
* Inprint / Event Logging / EAE job set up.
* Press production responsibility.
Qualifications
* A complete understanding of Press operational systems
* Analytical approach to problem solving
* Work on own initiative or part of a team
* Basic Understanding diagrams/technical drawings
* Flexibility to carry out both technical and full press production roles
