You will be responsible for creating the marketing and communications strategy which will include campaigns, digital marketing, PR and events and will develop and implement the marketing plans which will include branding, corporate identity initiatives, promotional calendars and programmes and other marketing projects.
Marketing responsibilities include
* Develop and manage the marketing budget and track and reports on ROI on marketing campaigns
* Develop a social media programme
* Liaise with external contractors and provide scope of works for any specialist projects
* Negotiate contracts with external media partners
* Develop and plans and manage through the internal marketing resource
* Work closely with the Business Development and Sales Directors to build marketing programmes which support growth for their target markets
* Book and attend trade shows and create relevant collateral to accompany the team
* Create content with clear "Call to Actions" and manage the website content, press releases and industry new releases
* Line management of the marketing team to include marketing manager, content and communications manager
Bid Responsibilities Include
* Managing the bid function, you will be responsible for developing the bid strategy and processes to include bid/no bid matrix for both competitive and non-competitive bids plus framework agreements and bid portals.
* Develop a bid library with varied and detailed relevant content
* Working with the Head of Bid Management and other relevant departments, run reports and present them with accurate data around bids/success/process and look for ways to continuously improve
* Analysing the data, present plans and training to help them improve
* Seek to implement best practice and guide the sales teams and stakeholders on how to improve bid win ratios
* Work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure bids are well qualified
* Management of PQQs, RFI's, SQs, ITTs, RFPs and proposals.
* Developing win strategies
* Managing timelines for response and allocation of resource
* Scheduling and chairing kick off and review meetings and ensuring actions are followed through
* Co-ordinating, editing, writing and reviewing response documents
* Managing the return of information from relevant departments for inclusion into bids
* Submitting the response (email, portal and postal).
* Managing any post submission clarifications
Salesforce & Governance
* Ensure all opportunities are entered and tracked within the Salesforce System
* Create dashboards to ensure ease for reporting
* Management of Salesforce Administrator
