The Governing Body are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and suitably qualified SENCDCo who would provide leadership for SEND provision across the school. They would be joining an excellent staff who are committed to ensuring that each child succeeds and achieves their best. The successful candidate will be required for one day per week for SENDCo administration for which a schedule will be discussed with the successful candidate. We are looking for someone who: has excellent knowledge of the curriculum and SEND Code of Practice. would be responsible for the day-to day operation of the SEND Policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN provides guidance to colleagues whilst working effectively and supportively with teachers, parents and external agencies. would enhance the Christian ethos of the school.
