Overview
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories.
Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that is as varied as it is rewarding. As a Bank Care Assistant you could be supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one‑to‑one time. It is an opportunity to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need some experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm‑hearted approach will shine through, and you must have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.

Bank Position Details
As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it (e.g., for annual leave or sick leave), the hours and days you work will vary.
