Job Description: Office Manager/Receptionist
RLDatix is seeking an Office Manager/Receptionist to support our UK HQ on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the HR-EA, this role involves managing various office, reception, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reception: Answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors, managing visitor parking, meeting room bookings, signing in visitors/contractors, issuing door passes, and coordinating courier requests.
2. Office: Managing office suppliers, handling maintenance requests, stock control of refreshments and stationery, attending building management meetings, and following up on actions.
3. General Administration: Distributing mail, preparing outgoing post, processing invoices, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining photocopier supplies, and managing office moves.
4. Health & Safety: Ensuring H&S notices and staff certifications are up-to-date, and assisting with compliance actions.
This role may include other ad hoc tasks as reasonably requested.
