* Supporting people with everyday routines such as washing, dressing, eating and moving safely
* Building kind, respectful relationships based on what matters most to each person
* Helping create an environment where people feel calm, supported and at home
* Working alongside a supportive team to meet emotional, physical and social needs
Qualifications and development
* No previous care experience? We provide full training and ongoing support. If you don’t already have your SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare, we’ll help you work towards it.
* We value attitude and approach: patient, kind and dependable; value dignity and independence; comfortable working with others and open to learning; notice when someone might need extra support or encouragement.
* PVG scheme and SSSC registration required; support to complete process if new.
* A role that fits around you: shifts that suit your lifestyle (evenings, weekends, or occasional cover).
* Legal entitlement to work in the UK will be checked.

Checks and registration
