The Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA) is the national voice of childminding in Scotland. SCMA is a national Third Sector and membership organisation that promotes childminding as a quality childcare service. We are looking for a creative and organised marketing professional with a passion for delivering high-quality content to join our busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the SCMA in support of the delivery of a national Marketing and Communications Campaign which is focused on the retention and recruitment of childminders in Scotland.
You will be working on a variety of media, from producing engaging content for our website and social media to creating toolkits, reports, and information packs. You will be a key player in developing and delivering a high-quality campaign, collaborating with our external marketing agency, and ensuring all our communications align with our brand and overall strategy.

Full-time 36 hrs per week, Salary £30,883 - £34,185
Funding is secured through March 2026, marking the completion of year two of a committed three-year proposal. Funding for the third year will be confirmed on an annual basis.
The post is home based, requiring travel and attendance at occasional meetings and events across Scotland (including attendance at Head Office in Stirling).
