About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Group FP&A Analyst to join our growing Group Finance team. As the third member of our Group FP&A function, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our trading divisions with the Executive Team, Board, and external stakeholders.Working closely with the Group FP&A Manager, you’ll help ensure the business delivers on its strategic goals by enhancing the value and insights generated from our reporting and planning processes.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be involved in a wide range of activities across the finance cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting.
1. Building strong working relationships with divisional and Group Finance teams
2. Developing a deep understanding of our consolidation and reporting system, supporting Business Units where needed
3. Processing, collating, querying, and analysing divisional and Group results
4. Producing high‑quality reporting and planning packs for the Executive Team and external stakeholders
5. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and mitigate errors
6. Supporting the Group FP&A Manager to embed FP&A best practice across the Group
7. Assisting with Budget and Forecast consolidation
8. Carrying out ad‑hoc tasks to support the needs of the business

9. Delivery of standardised reporting and planning packs
10. Accurate quarterly re-forecasts
11. High‑quality annual budgets
About YouEssentialWe’re looking for someone who:
12. Is actively studying or part‑qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
13. Has 2–3 years’ experience in a busy finance environment
14. Demonstrates high levels of integrity, honesty, and accountability
15. Shows a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced business
16. Has strong Excel skills
17. Understands core business and finance/management accounting processes
18. Can effectively manage deadlines and multiple responsibilities
19. Works collaboratively and adapts well to change
DesirableIf you have:
20. Advanced Excel, data manipulation or financial modelling skills
21. Experience improving processes or creating standardised reporting
22. Knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis, including cash flow
23. Experience with enterprise BI or planning tools such as Power BI
