Customer Team Member
Location: Wilmslow Road, Prestbury, SK10 4AL
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part‑time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Duties include working at our Post Office Counters

What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and membership, supporting tasks on the post office counter, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Collaborate to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Keep the store safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
