Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Litigation Solicitor Brighton & Hove – East Sussex (Hybrid) About the Role: A leading law firm is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone with up to 4 years' PQE who is eager to develop their career in property litigation. The role offers flexibility with hybrid working and the chance to work from vibrant offices in Sussex and London. You will manage your own caseload of property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, leaseholder disputes, possession claims, boundary and easement issues, forfeiture, dilapidations and breaches of covenant. You will also play a key role in business development through networking and written contributions, building strong relationships with landlords, business owners and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial) Manage possession claims, lease disputes and other contentious property issues Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development and networking initiatives Work collaboratively within a dynamic dispute resolution team What's on Offer?
