Develop and execute change management strategies for Office 365 and application migrations (on-premise and SaaS). Conduct impact assessments and define success metrics. Engage stakeholders across business and IT functions. Deliver targeted training and user enablement programs. Identify and mitigate risks related to IT transitions. Monitor adoption rates and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to align timelines and deliverables. Requirements:
Proven experience leading IT change management in complex environments. Strong expertise in Office 365 migration challenges and best practices. Solid understanding of application migration processes (on-premise and SaaS). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to create and deliver effective training materials. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is
