Brand Manager - Consumer Packaged Goods (Lifestyle & Beverage Sector)

What You'll Do:
1. Lead all marketing and branding initiatives from concept to execution
2. Oversee packaging design from artwork through to final production
3. Manage and mentor a small marketing team
4. Ensure brand consistency across all channels—digital, retail, and partnerships
5. Oversee content creation, social media strategy, and website updates
6. Support product launches, sales conferences, and key account initiatives
7. Manage PR, communications, and provincial listings for new products
What You Bring:
8. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in CPG, beverage, or lifestyle brands
9. 3+ years of leadership experience, with proven ability to mentor and grow a team
10. Strong design sensibility with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & InDesign)
11. Experience managing social media platforms, e-commerce sites, and scheduling tools
12. Knowledge of SEO, targeted marketing, and CRM/email platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
13. Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and creative storytelling
14. A passion for consumer brands—experience in craft beverage or related industries a plus
